A simple and tasty recipe home dumplings with potatoes. Dumplings serve with melted butter and fried onion and sour cream or cracklings.

dough recipe:
flour 430-450g

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Stuffing for dumplings:
Mashed potatoes 600g
Carrot 1 pc
Salt

Onion 1 pc
Butter 50g
