Cooking method:
First, prepare the broth for the soup. We divide the trout into fillets and trimmings. Pour 0.5 liters of cold water into the pan, put the ridge and trimmings from the fish cut together with a sprig of dill, half an onion and a bay leaf there, bring to a boil. Then salt, add spices and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Then we filter the broth, put the pieces of trout from the bones separately. Cut the fresh trout fillet into strips, peel the potatoes, carrots and the other half of the onion and cut into small cubes.
Put the potatoes and carrots into the filtered boiling broth, cook for five minutes, then add the broccoli, cut into small inflorescences and pieces of fresh trout. Cook for another five minutes. During their cooking, fry the onion in oil. Add the onion to the soup along with pieces of the deferred boiled trout, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
After five minutes, you can pour into plates, adding chopped dill and green onions there. Delicious with a crispy bun. Bon Appetit!
