Ingredients: chicken fillet, mushrooms, onion, cheese, herbs, garlic, Salt, ground black pepper, spices, Vegetable oil for frying, water or broth

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with paper towels and cut into thin even plates. Then lightly beat off, covering the chicken pieces with cling film or just a bag (thanks to this technique, everything around will remain clean). From seasonings I have dry adjika, salt and ground black pepper. You can season the chicken with your favorite herbs and spices. We leave the chops to marinate a little at room temperature.
We make the filling: cut the pre-washed mushrooms into small pieces. Onion cut into small cubes. Saute mushrooms and onions until they are soft. We mix ready-made mushrooms with onions with grated cheese, finely chopped garlic and chopped herbs. Spread 1 tbsp. with a slide of filling for each piece of chicken, wrap the chicken fillet in a roll. In order for the rolls not to turn around during frying, we tightly tie them with a thread.
Fry chicken rolls on all sides over medium heat. On average, the process of frying until golden brown takes 5-6 minutes.
When all the rolls are fried, remove the thread. We shift the chicken rolls into a small saucepan, pour in water or broth, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Serve chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese immediately after cooking. It turns out very tasty, while the dish is simple and does not require special skills in the kitchen.
