Apple pudding with caramel crumbs

Ingredients: vanilla pudding (powder), large apple, brown sugar, butter, crumble, caramel cookie

Cooking method:

For apple compote: peel the apple and cut it into small cubes (I don’t peel the apple, I like it with the peel). Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar and heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, caramel sauce is obtained, add the apple and simmer until the apple softens. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.

Prepare the pudding according to the instructions, only you will need to take 100 ml less milk as in the instructions. I have a bag of 500 ml of milk, I took 400 ml. Also let it cool completely.

Crush the cookies in the bag into crumbs.

Beat the cooled pudding well with a whisk, add apple compote and mix gently.

Well, now everything is very simple, it is folded into layers in kremanitsy: crumb, pudding, and so we do with all the products. The top layer should be crumbly.

For an amateur, you can serve with dessert caramel sauce.
