Cooking method:
Break eggs into a bowl. Add sugar and salt to the eggs. Beat everything with a whisk or a blender.
Add 2/3 of kefir to the eggs. Whisk everything well.
Sift flour, add soda. Thoroughly mix baking soda with flour. Add flour in parts (1/2 cup each) to the egg-kefir mixture. Whisk everything well.
Add the rest of the kefir. Whisk everything well.
Preheat the pan, grease with vegetable oil (if necessary).
Bake pancake over medium heat for 1-2 minutes (until golden) first on one side, then on the other. Pancakes are ready!
For the filling, mix cottage cheese, salt, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mash well with a fork.
Pancakes can be cut in half. Put the cottage cheese on the center, cover it with the side edges and wrap the pancake. Repeat the same with all pancakes.
Put small pieces of butter on the bottom of the baking dish and put pancakes with cottage cheese in one layer.
Top the pancakes with sour cream and sprinkle with sugar. Cover with a lid or foil and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
