Today I want to offer you a recipe for chicken liver with apples. Well it turns out very tasty! Be sure to try to diversify their dishes from the liver according to the recipe, and I hope you like it as well as I like.
We need:
- 700 g of chicken liver
- One large apple (about 170g)
- one large onion,
- a pinch of nutmeg,
- salt and pepper to taste,
- 50 ml of 10% cream,
- a drop of olive oil and just 5 grams of butter,
- 2 cloves of garlic.
Preparation.
Well-washed chicken livers cut into into pieces the size of your beloved. I have about half.
On a non-stick frying pan drip olive oil and put a piece of butter, warm up the pan and add the garlic in oil, sliced plates.
Simmer liver oil, garlic to half, and then take out a bowl throw garlic.
While liver tushilas, finely chop the onion and diced apple.
At the drop of olive oil, fry the onion that does not stick, add a little water.
A little fry the onion, add the apples in it, a pinch of nutmeg, black pepper and salt to taste.
Simmer until half apples.
Then add the liver and simmer until almost cooked. At the very end add the cream and simmer for about 5 minutes and you're done!
