Potatoes with mushrooms in pots

Ingredients: Potato, Onion, Mushrooms, Cheese, Sour Cream, Salt, Spices, Vegetable Oil

Cooking method:

Onion cut into cubes. Mushrooms for 2-4 hours. Fry the onion with 3 tbsp. vegetable oil until golden.

Add mushrooms, salt and spices to taste, mix and fry until the liquid evaporates. Add sour cream, stir, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes.

Pour 1 tsp into each pot. vegetable oil, lay the potatoes, then the mushrooms.

We cover with lids and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, look at your oven, until the potatoes are ready.

After the time has elapsed, sprinkle potatoes with mushrooms with grated cheese, and send to the oven for another 2-3 minutes. We serve to the table. Bon Appetit!
