Traditional recipe for homemade roast chicken with potatoes. This simple, but tasty and satisfying dish is indispensable in the arsenal of every housewife, because it is not difficult to cook roast chicken in a cauldron, and you can feed the whole family with it.

Roast with chicken in a cauldron

Ingredients: Chicken, Potato, Greens, Seasonings, Salt, Paprika, Sunflower oil, Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Lemon

Cooking method:

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces.

Salt the chicken, add paprika, seasonings and squeeze the lemon juice. We mix. We put it in the fridge while we make preparations.

Peel potatoes and place in cold water.

Onion and tomato cut into half rings. Finely chop the greens.

We put the cauldron on the fire and let it heat up a little. Pour in sunflower oil.

We take out our chicken and put it in a cauldron. Let's fry a little. Add onion and stir. Fry with onions for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato. Keep on fire for another 5 minutes.

We cut potatoes into cubes. We spread to the chicken. We mix. After 10 minutes, add water. If you like with broth, then during the stewing, you can add a little more water. Salt and add paprika greens.

Wash the garlic in the husk and put on top of the dish.

We cover the cauldron with a lid and leave to simmer for 40 minutes over low heat.

Do not forget to check during the extinguishing that the water does not boil away.

After 40 minutes, turn off and let it brew for 10 minutes.

All our chicken with potatoes is ready. We take out plates and treat our loved ones to a delicious lunch or dinner.
