Cheese soup with champignons

Ingredients: Chicken, 2 thighs or one leg, Water, at your discretion, Medium potatoes, Cheese processed, Oatmeal flakes, extra, Salt, Seasoning to your taste, Butter, Mushrooms 10 and more things

Cooking method:

Put the chicken in a saucepan and cover with water, cook for 1 hour.

While the broth is cooking, prepare the potatoes. Peel, wash and cut into cubes or as you like.

Pour pre-prepared potatoes into the pan

Salt and add seasonings to your taste. I like to add Kuharek and some seasoning with dried mushrooms. Also dried garlic.

Cook for 20-30 minutes, you can do more, the more the potatoes boil, the soup will be more rich.

We put a whole piece of melted cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, so that the cheese melts faster and better.

See for yourself in time, as soon as you see that the cheese is almost all melted, you can add a little oatmeal. Quite a bit, I pour "on the eye", somewhere around 10 grams.

Five minutes before turning off the soup, add the butter.

While making soup. We take champignons, medium 10 pcs (more can be). Wash, cut thinly and stew them a little in water in a pan. We add seasoning where there is onion, I add my "dried onion with carrots" and a little vegetable oil, salt. Lightly fry.

The soup is ready. We take bowls for soup, pour and put ready-made champignons on top. You can lightly sprinkle with black pepper. Bon Appetit!
