In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 42 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Therefore, early breakfast about 8 hours.

I have breakfast - my favorite sandwiches on rye bread (60 g) with clotted cream (soft cheese 15 gr) and pollack roe (20 grams) and fish pate 35 gr).

I fell in love with the soft cheese, and is now using it wherever possible).

Green tea with jasmine went perfectly to your favorite sandwiches. I recharge and vitamins and omega-3 capsule.

Breakfast came on 310 kcal.

After returning from a walk I made myself a little snack: Kiwi (80 g) and nectarine (120 g).

Today, for some reason I wanted us shawarma. I ran to the store for a carrot in Korean, and the rest of the ingredients were in the fridge. And wind for dinner all hearty and delicious shawarma.
