Ingredients: minced meat, large onion, large carrot, tomato, savoy cabbage, vegetable oil, bunch of garni, salt, pepper, herbs
Cooking method:
From minced meat, seasoned with salt, pepper, I form small balls. I put it in one layer in a saucepan. I add a little boiling water and a bouquet of garni. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat. Separately in a frying pan, in vegetable oil, sauté onions, carrots and tomatoes. Everything, first, I cut it, I remove the skin from the tomatoes.
So far, two burners of the hob are working, I grind a small head of Savoy cabbage and send it to the vegetables.
I mix, season with salt, pepper, herbs, simmer for five minutes.
I spread the vegetable roast on top of the meatballs.
I cover with a lid and, within a few minutes, bring the dish to the desired readiness. I serve with buckwheat, but here, any side dish will be appropriate. However, the dish is so self-sufficient that you can do without a side dish.
