While the cake is baking, make the cream, pour the milk into a saucepan, add the yolk, sugar, starch and flour, cook, stirring until thickened.

When the cream mixture has cooled well, beat with butter, you will get a very fluffy cream. Our cake has already cooled down, cut into two identical parts, grease one part with a thick layer of cream and cover with the second part. We put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
