I looked up the recipe on the Internet. Of course, my fish turned out not so beautiful, but I can say with confidence that it is very tasty and juicy. My family likes dinner more satisfying, so I did not manage with one fish, but added more vegetables. They fit well here and the whole dish turned out to be quite harmonious. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it. #games

Mackerel baked with vegetables

Ingredients: Mackerel, Potato, Carrot, Onion, Marinade:, soy sauce, vegetable oil, smoked paprika, Salt, spices

Cooking method:

In a baking dish, I cut vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions) into small plates. I added dry herbs, salt, spices and a little mayonnaise to the vegetables.

Mixed well and smoothed out.

The mackerel was separated from the bones (cut along the back from both sides).

I washed the fish and divided it into portioned pieces (I didn’t cut it completely). She laid out the mackerel on the vegetables in the form of a Christmas tree.

Prepared a marinade for fish: 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. smoked paprika (in the original recipe 1 tsp turmeric).

I stirred the marinade and, using a culinary brush, smeared pieces of fish.

I covered the form with foil and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Be guided by your oven, the number of vegetables and the size of the fish, you may need a little more time.
