Cooking method:

Kefir warm up a little, add yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, margarine, melt and add to kefir, mix everything thoroughly, add flour in parts, knead soft dough. We make a ball from the dough. Top with oil. We put it in a cup and cover it with a larger diameter cup, creating a "greenhouse". Put in a warm place for 30 minutes

For the filling, boil the potatoes in salted water, knead the finished potatoes, add butter, a little milk so that the puree is not liquid. Finely chop a large onion, fry in butter and add 1.2 tsp. adjika. We send the fried onion in mashed potatoes, add finely chopped dill. We mix everything well.

We divide the dough into portioned pieces, I do not roll out the dough, it is very soft and you can do everything with your hands. We form a circle, distribute the filling, pinch it and roll it thinly with our hands, giving the shape of a "bast shoe". Fry the pies in a large amount of oil. We clean the finished pies on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
