Cake Wreath with Bacon

Ingredients: Puff pastry, Bacon (about 100 g, although 150 g was enough for me for 2 wreaths), Boiled egg, Yolk, Cheese, Sesame for sprinkling if desired

Cooking method:

Roll out the first piece of dough into a rectangle. Then we divide the rectangle in half, and cut each half diagonally to make triangles. Do the same with the second layer of dough. We have 8 triangles in total.

We cover the baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat and lay out a circle from the triangles as in the photo, layering them on top of each other.

Next, lay out a piece of bacon on each triangle.

Then we cut the boiled eggs and spread them in a circle and sprinkle the eggs with cheese on top.

Then we take the free edge of the dough and wrap it inward and do this with all ends.

For an appetizing color, grease the resulting wreath with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

We put it to bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (in the recipe for which I cooked for 35 minutes, but after 20-25 minutes the cake was ready for me, no matter how many times I cooked his). Brew delicious tea and enjoy delicious pastries)).
