- walnuts (peeled) - 100 g
- parsley - 25 g
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.

Step by step recipe
1. First, let's prepare the zucchini.
We take 0.5 kg of zucchini and cut them into small cubes. Transfer the chopped zucchini to a bowl. Salt with about half a tablespoon of salt. And we mix. We leave the zucchini for 15 minutes so that they let the juice go.
2. While the zucchini is infused, prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Finely chop 25 g fresh parsley.
100 g walnuts chopped with a knife.
3. The zucchini has already released the juice, we drain it from the bowl.
We spread the prepared zucchini in a preheated pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until soft. Remove zucchini from heat and let cool slightly.
4. Transfer cooked zucchini to a bowl. If there is liquid, then leave it in the pan.
Here, to the zucchini, pour the chopped nuts, put the chopped parsley. Squeeze through the press 3-4 cloves of garlic and pour 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce. We mix everything. The snack is ready.
