Cooking method:

Heat milk and kefir if possible, otherwise the yeast will act for a long time. Mix flour with sugar, salt and yeast, mix kefir, milk, eggs in a separate bowl.

When the dough is suitable, we take a piece of dough, roll it out not thinly, about 5-7 mm, cut out circles in the middle with a glass, put minced meat and cheese and sculpt like dumplings, fold it in half twice.

We take the form, grease the edges with oil, cover the bottom with parchment and lay the petals in a circle, I got a layer, I put it in a warm place while the oven is warming up for proofing. Lubricate the top with a mixture of eggs and ketchup and put in the oven for 40 minutes, approximately 180-200 gr.
