#dessert #games Made according to the recipe AnnaCooks @cook_10228284 Pancakes Suzette (fr. Crêpes Suzette is a French dessert consisting of pancakes (crepes) with a sauce of caramelized sugar and butter, tangerine or orange juice, zest topped with Grand Marnier, triple sec or orange curacao, then flambéed (Wikipedia).
Ingredients: For tender pancakes:, Premium wheat flour, Milk, Salt, Melted butter, Eggs, For orange sauce:, Sugar, Butter, Orange, Liqueur or cognac
Cooking method:
Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt. Gradually add the sifted flour and milk. We mix. Add melted butter, knead the batter. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
We heat the pan, grease it once at the beginning of baking with butter, bake thin pancakes. Stack up.
For the sauce, we peel the oranges from the zest, rub the zest of one orange on a coarse grater or finely chop. If we cut the zest, then for softness, you can boil the zest for 5-10 minutes.
Squeeze juice from two oranges. I scrolled them in a blender, and then squeezed the juice through a sieve / gauze. Melt butter in a frying pan, add orange juice, zest, sugar and liqueur. Boil for a few minutes.
Now, one by one, dip the pancakes into the sauce, soak very well, fold them into a triangle and serve.
Very tasty and juicy orange pancakes are obtained. Without the sauce they are just pancakes, but with the sauce they are a real delight. Bon appetit and success in cooking!!!
