Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Today I have a busy day in terms of cooking, because the work was not much. I planned to try to cook a few new dishes, experimenting with recipes - you want something new.

But first it is necessary to have breakfast.

And for breakfast yesterday I baked banana-oatmeal cake with cherries (115 g) and 2 rye small loafs with fish paste (40 g).

Consistently green jasmine tea for breakfast and do not forget about the capsule of omega-3.

Total for breakfast I got 315 kcal.

To work at the computer still had a little snack and just fell on the same time.

A snack apple (140 g) and kiwi (80 c).

Overall, the snack has turned 105 kcal.

Did you know that 1 kiwi contains daily rate of vitamin C?

Fruit snack, I went to the kitchen to conjure.

And the first thing I conjured - a wicket with eggs, cheese and green onions, which became my dinner. The recipe can be found on this link.

One wicket (210 g), and chicken broth - residues of sad - (150 grams) for lunch pulled on 390 kcal.

For dinner, I made myself a chicken breast (180 g raw) baked with garlic and spices under the Adygei cheese (20 grams). Garnish to breast steel vegetables (Mexican mixture) - 100 c.

All went to dinner 300 kcal.

In just a few hours before bedtime, I drank 200 grams of yogurt - 115 kcal.

All in all, the day came 1225 kcal. Drunk water norm and virtually the whole day allowance at the stove all the time on their feet.

By the way, I continue to use vitamins A and E with a body lotion. I wanted to remind you about this wonderful tool for skin care. Jelly I use every day after a shower, but the vitamins added to it through the day. The skin looks visibly hydrated.
