A very easy recipe!!! Incredibly delicious! Melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Fresh frozen mackerel
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. l. rast. oils
  • 15 g Gelatin
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • salt, pepper, garlic

Steps

Fry the onions and carrots on the rast. oil.

Cool down. Boil and coarsely grate eggs.

Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.

Peel the mackerel, cut from the bottom, remove all the bones.

Place the mackerel fillets on plastic wrap.

Sprinkle with salt and half of the gelatin, top with the carrot and onion roast, season with salt.

Sprinkle with grated egg, salt and sprinkle with the rest of the gelatin.

Put pickles along the edge of the mackerel.

With the help of cling film, we roll up the roll, stretch and tie it with threads.

We put the workpiece in a saucepan with hot water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Turn over on the other side and cook the same amount under a closed lid.

Cool and refrigerate overnight.

Cut into slices with a wide knife, serve with potatoes or as toast on bread. source
