Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
On Friday I got up early to cook breakfast cheesecakes, because you had to use a pack of cottage cheese, which lies in the refrigerator and waiting in the wings.
And the cheesecakes for a long time I did not eat, do not even remember the last time I had them in my diet. So it all came together for breakfast and I cheesecakes with sour cream. Now imagine how you groan at slimming kapuste..syrniki ..da also with sour cream!
Until someone groaning, I enjoyed a delicious and delicate cheesecakes (210 g) with 10% cream (15 grams).
Well, sipping green tea with jasmine, do not forget to drink a capsule of omega-3.
Just happened to breakfast 420 kcal.
Refrigerator I become poor, resulted in fruit... we bought on Saturday.
Well, snack on a sandwich with rye bread (30 g) and homemade chicken sausage (60 g) under the Green Tea - 170 kcal.
And work... rabotat..rabotat ...
All my plans for dinner broke mom and cooked soup with canned fish. Every few months I eat soups and such. And then I could not resist. My lunch is transferred to the dinner.
And at lunch - a bowl of soup (450 g) and a slice of bread (25 g).
Total lunch turned 270 kcal.
Plus afternoon tea piece of chocolate 75% (15 g) - 85 kcal.
Dinner - I have been ready yesterday (I love to cook for a few days, freeing yourself a lot of time). True, I hoped that buckwheat with sauce, vegetables and beef I eat for lunch.
But here's a chaotic day for me.
For dinner buckwheat (130 g) and sauce with vegetables and beef (150g) - 260 kcal.
Since dinner tight enough, no yogurt was bedtime. I saw a little bit of water.
In total for the day to get 1210 kcal.
