We rarely eat seafood and fish too, but here we were treated to octopuses and I didn’t know what to do, a friend suggested making pasta) The family is happy!

Spaghetti with seafood 🐙

Ingredients: sea cocktail, mini octopuses, cream 20%, spaghetti, large onion, garlic, Salt, pepper, Vegetable oil

Cooking method:

I threw the octopuses into boiling water for a couple of minutes, drained, cooled, and cut everything smaller together with the sea cocktail. She put a pot of water on the stove (for spaghetti).

We put the pan on the stove, pour in the oil, heat it, peel the garlic, cut it arbitrarily, fry until golden brown and remove.

We clean, wash the onion. Cut not too finely, fry until golden brown.

Spaghetti water boiled, I add bay leaf and salt. I break the spaghetti in half and throw it into the water, stirring it.

Add sea creatures to the onion, fry for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Add cream, salt, pepper. (Your favorite spices), don't forget about spaghetti). Stew until thickened for 5-8 minutes. Turn off (you can add greens to your taste).

We throw the spaghetti into a colander, I got a lot, so I didn’t put everything together, so I returned the spaghetti to the pan and poured it with oil.

We spread spaghetti, pour over a sea cocktail in cream and bon appetit! Fast, tasty, satisfying) 🤗😊
