Ingredients: - Carp fish (2-2.5 kg.), - White onion, - Baton (250-300 g.), - Red bell pepper small, - Egg, ground black pepper, Salt, Vegetable oil for frying onions and greasing rolls
Cooking method:
Before cooking carp dishes must be prepared. To do this, it is first of all worth clearing the scales and removing the gills. Only after that you can proceed to gutting.
Clean from the insides, cut off the head and tail.
Cut the fillet along the dorsal fin, cut off the bones.
Carefully cut the fillet from the skin, being careful not to damage it.
Finely chop the pulp, pass the roll through a meat grinder.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil, add the Bulgarian pepper, finely chopped.
Mix minced fish, chopped bun and fried onions and peppers.
Add eggs, salt, pepper, mix and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Divide the minced meat into 2 equal parts, form large cutlets and put them on the fish fillet and wrap.
Place in a suitable dish, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 180-200Β°C.
Remove the foil, grease with vegetable oil and bake for another 20-30 minutes. until ruddy.
Cut when cold.
