Tear-off pie " Puff", I change the fillings and each time a new taste

You can use a variety of fillings for example puff pastry, for example, apples, today I propose to cook with lemon-orange flavor and aroma!

Recipe:

flour -400g

milk -160ml

egg -2 pcs

vanillin -1 pack

salt -1/3 tsp

sugar -70g

butter -60g

vegetable oil - 1st.l.

Dry yeast "Haas" - 7g

Filling:

lemon zest -2 pieces

orange zest -1pc

sugar -70g

butter -60g

glaze:

cottage cheese cream cheese -140g

powdered sugar -4-5 tbsp.

lemon juice -1.5 tbsp.

milk - 2 tbsp.

COOKING METHOD

And so we start preparing the dough. Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add 70 grams of sugar, pour vanillin into 160 ml of warm milk, add 1/3 tsp of salt, add 60 grams of butter. Mix with a whisk. We measure out 400 grams of flour, add 1 pack of dry yeast. Mix, knead the dough.

I needed an additional 20 grams, grease my hand with vegetable oil and knead a little dough, do not overdo it with flour, the dough at this stage sticks to my hands, as it should be. We clean in a warm place before rising for 1-1.5 hours.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling, remove the zest from 2 lemons and one orange, measure out 70 grams of sugar, add the zest, mix and leave to infuse.

It took me a little over 1 hour for the dough to rise. We shift the dough onto the table, punch it down, roll out a rectangle with a rolling pin about 60 by 40 cm in size. Let's melt the butter 60 grams and grease the dough layer, distribute the zest with sugar. Cut into strips about 5 cm wide, put 3 strips on top of each other and divide into rectangles (you can see more in my video below)

Form, lubricate with oil, my form diameter is 24 cm. We take a strip, bend it and put it in the form.

You should get such a blank, let it stand for 15 minutes so that the cake rises and put in the oven, bake poi at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze, measure 140 grams of curd cheese into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of sugar milk powder 4 tablespoons and mix with a whisk until smooth, now add 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix again.

We take out the hot cake, grease with icing, let it cool a little and proceed to the tasting.
