Then add flour and mix until the dough starts to lag behind the walls. Cool well. Then add the eggs one at a time, mixing very well each time.

From the finished dough we make two large cakes. To do this, thinly distribute the dough on a silicone mat or baking paper.

We bake for 10-15 minutes. Then we trim the cakes and cut into two equal parts. As a result, you get 4 not large cakes.

We collect the cake, smearing each cake with cream. Sides can be decorated with crumbs, nuts. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
