In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Here and Monday came, and Monday - the time of check weighing.

Let me remind you that March 8 scales made me a present and showed a figure of 92.3 kg. The result was as I wanted - the holiday the total weight, which I was able to lose up to 40 kg.

And now, again, good news! Another kilogram fall to the 40 odd)

In March, already 2 kilos expelled from my body, to the average rate was still kilogram, I think by the end of the month, and somehow able to manage it, and maybe more. We will see!

Breakfast at me today, two boiled eggs, a sandwich on rye bread (30 grams) of fish (50 grams). Green tea with jasmine and forgot to drink capsule of omega-3.

Finishing his green tea I really wanted a piece of chocolate (18 g). Since I was planning today chocolate, but a snack with fruit, I decided to eat chocolate for breakfast with tea, leaving only fruit snack.

For dinner, I went to the oven to bake chicken breast with tomatoes in yogurt.

Chicken breast (250g raw) from tomato (80 c) and cucumber (110 c), at dinner pulled on 330 kcal.

A couple of hours after dinner I drank 150 grams of yogurt - 85 kcal.

Total for the day came in 1210 kcal. How not tried, but to get up to 1,300 calories a day until it turns with difficulty. I am glad that at least not less than 1200 kcal recruit became.
