Potatoes wash well (preferably with a washcloth). It turns out more delicious if the potatoes are young. I do not peel the skin.

I cut into equal slices.

Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the potato seasoning. More often I buy ready-made. You can use any of your favorite spices, of course. Tasty with aromatic herbs.

Salt potatoes to taste and sprinkle with oil. I have olive. But you can take any vegetable oil.

I'm mixing it all up. And I spread it on a silicone mat. And here is the secret. It is better to bake such potatoes so that they are immediately baked on all sides.

Can be laid out on a wire rack, for example. But then you need to substitute a baking sheet covered with foil from below to keep the oven clean.

But I use a silicone mat, on which the potatoes bake perfectly both top and bottom. And excess oil flows into the cells. And you don't need to turn it over, as on a regular baking sheet))

I put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and cook for 35-40 minutes. Take a look in your oven!

• Potatoes - 800 g
• Spices for potatoes - 1 tbsp.
