Cooking method:
Cooking dough. Mix flour with yeast, sugar and salt. We heat the milk and add it to the flour, vegetable oil and knead the dough (add flour if it sticks to your hands).
Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour. We punch down the finished dough, make a sausage, divide it in half and into pieces.
We roll each piece into a ball and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, leave for 15 minutes.
Dip a glass or crush in flour and make a well in the balls. We put jam for 1 tsp. l. Mix milk and egg and grease the buns.
We make sprinkles. Mix flour with sugar and melted butter, grind into small crumbs. Sprinkle the buns.
Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (see when ready).
