Ingredients: Dough:, Flour, Sugar, Any jam (I have cherry), Kefir, Eggs, Soda, Vegetable oil, cocoa (if you use cherry jam), Cream:, Sour cream 30%, Sugar (or to taste), Vanilla sugar, If the sour cream is not greasy, add food to the cream thickener
Cooking method:
Add soda to kefir, mix and leave for a while while doing other ingredients. Be prepared for the mixture to rise strongly.
Beat eggs with sugar until white.
Add jam to eggs and stir.
Add kefir with soda to the "eggs + jam" mixture and stir again.
Add flour. Mix with a hand whisk until dough is smooth.
Add vegetable oil and cocoa.
Pour the dough into a suitable mold and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
While the dough is baking, beat the sour cream with sugar and vanilla sugar. If the cream is liquid, add Smeta (sour cream thickener).
Cool the finished cake, cut into two parts, soak with sugar syrup or diluted jam, grease with cream, assemble and decorate the cake.
