Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 40 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

I go straight to the menu.

Breakfast - my favorite sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) and avocado (50 grams) and fish paste (60gr). And all this under the green tea with jasmine.

On Friday, I did not have so much work on the computer, so that does not take days off, cleaned the apartment and cooked an entire pan of cheese soup. There is something to eat for lunch today and over the weekend. Especially since all my family are very fond of cheese soup.

The result undershot on 115 kcal.

Dinner, as you know, cheese soup with rye bread roll 2. And I cut the soup green onion. I have to harvest green onions grown on the windowsill! And I have already sprouted arugula, basil and dill) True there until the harvest is still far.

Plate soup at lunch (450 c) and 2 loaf - 400 kcal.

After lunch on business and we've got quite a late dinner for me. I used to have dinner at 18 hours and 20 hours more to eat yogurt or soft cheese. But today I have a dinner at 20 hours, so it is quite easy.

Dinner - a protein with fiber. Chicken breast (200 grams, almost), fried in a nonstick frying pan without oil with spices and vegetables - tomato and cucumber 70 gr. Dinner - 265 kcal.

Total for the day turned 1220 kcal.

Today it did not work reached from the 1300 kcal, while trying very hard. All of - for a late dinner. So would drink more yogurt and rate me) was taken in 1300 kcal.

But it also happens quite often that the planned menu is crossed by circumstances.
