Ingredients: Dough: milk, water, dry yeast, sugar, egg, salt, vegetable oil, flour, Minced meat, onion, water, salt and ground pepper, dried garlic, hops - suneli, ground coriander

Cooking method:

Knead the dough - warm water + warm milk + sugar + yeast. We leave for 10 minutes. Then add the egg + salt + vegetable oil + flour. We knead the dough.

Grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough on the table. Put the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil. Cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

Grind the onion in a blender, add to the minced meat. Pour the spices salt, pepper, coriander, hops - suneli and dried garlic. Add water and stir in minced meat.

We divide the dough into balls 14 - 16 pieces. The weight of one ball should be approximately 55 - 60 grams. With your hands, knead the ball into a cake, put the minced meat and pinch the dough. You need to flatten the belyash a little so that it becomes thin. Fry in vegetable oil, there should be a lot of oil. Whites should float in oil. The oil should be hot, then reduce the heat to below medium. Fry the belyashi well until golden brown on both sides, turning over several times.
