Ingredients: Compote or juice without pulp, Wheat flour, Eggs, Vegetable oil, Baking powder, Salt, Sugar
Cooking method:
Mix eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl. We drive in, gradually introducing sugar. Add the amount of sugar to taste.
Sift flour into egg mixture. After kneading, pour compote at room temperature.
It is possible that a little more compote is required - it all depends on its consistency. The dough should be liquid, like thin pancakes. After reaching the desired state, pour in vegetable oil.
Add baking powder. Knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes.
After waiting half an hour, start frying the pancakes - about 30-60 seconds on both sides and until done.
