In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences. At the present time I have been able to get rid of 38 kg of excess weight.

Recently completely no time nor the energy to cook something new and bother with the food. I try as much as possible to prepare simple meals that can be eaten for several days and combine with different garnishes.

For breakfast, I made a sandwich on whole grain bread (60 g) with fish paste (50g). Drank vitamins, omega-3 capsule, and went to work, taking with him a cup of green tea with jasmine.

Breakfast is pulled 320 kcal.

Snack today fruit: banana - apple and 90g -120 g total - 150 kcal.

For lunch cooked buckwheat (100 g) and warmed gravy (170 g of broth), which was prepared yesterday - beef with vegetables. It is very convenient to use different garnishes such tasty and good gravy turned out - 265 kcal.

You think why such a meal is not a particularly high-calorie? And because I have vkusnuypirogek! Curd cheese cake with berries! It was very tasty, it is true-true! I used a mixture of frozen berries (strawberry, raspberry, cherry). Simply mix with cream cheese and a few strawberries left to decorate the top of (but they still have sunk a bit)), and everything else on prescription.

I drank my water intake, did not even notice how. The body itself requested, just begged - give me water... although I did not eat anything salty.
