Juicy, spicy and savory chicken legs with vegetables. Preparing them is as easy as shelling pears, I loaded everything into a baking bag and sent it to the oven. In the meantime, they are baked, you can devote time to yourself or your loved ones. Such recipes are very helpful in everyday life, when you need to quickly cook something and at the same time please your loved ones with a delicious dish.

Chicken legs in the oven with vegetables

Ingredients: chicken legs/drumsticks, onion, sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, garlic, paprika chicken seasoning, basil (I have green), ketchup or 1 tbsp. tomato paste, salt or to taste

Cooking method:

Wash chicken legs and pat dry with paper towels. We send them in a bag for baking. Sprinkle with salt, chicken seasoning. We tear off the leaves of basil from one sprig and also send it to the bag. The second sprig of basil for decoration.

We clean the sweet pepper from the tail and the seed core, cut into large pieces.

Coarsely chop the garlic, chop the onion.

We send all this in a package to chicken legs. Whole tomatoes and ketchup go there too.

We release the air from the bag and tie its top with a special tie. Gently mix all the contents, distributing spices and vegetables between the legs.

We put the bag in a form or on a baking sheet and make a small puncture in it, in the area of ​​\u200b\u200bthe legs. We send to bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 40 minutes.

Serve with vegetables and garnish with basil leaves. Any garnish can be used. Enjoy! 😋👍
