I present to you a delicious, healthy and beautiful breakfast - egg rolls. The filling in them can be very different, it all depends on your desire and taste. The main thing is that the combination of products in it is harmonious and tasty. So cook and enjoy breakfast!

Ingredients: Chicken egg, Onion, Sausages, Honey mushrooms, Hard cheese, Vegetable oil for frying, Salt to taste, Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking method:

I prepared a thin base for the roll. To do this, beat an egg with salt and pepper in a bowl and cooked a thin pancake in a pan. If you want a thicker roll, you can add about 10 g to the egg. sour cream and 1 tsp. l. breadcrumbs, mix everything well and cook the pancake.

Next, prepare the filling for the roll. Grate the cheese. Sausage (I have balykova) and finely chop the onion.

Pour 1 tbsp into the pan. l. put mushrooms in vegetable oil (I have frozen mushrooms), if necessary, add a little liquid. Fry mushrooms for 10 minutes. I had small mushrooms, so I didn’t cut them, I cooked them whole. Then I added onion and sausage to the mushrooms, fried for another 5-10 minutes until cooked.

Now we are preparing the roll: put the fried filling on the edge of the pancake, turning it a little. Distribute the cheese on the rest of the pancake and roll the pancake tightly with a roll.

Then put the pancake in the pan and fry a little on all sides.

Cut the roll into pieces and proceed to breakfast. Bon Appetit!
