Today I want to propose to you to prepare a simple, tasty and nutritious salad with crab sticks and shrimps. Of course, you can think of a million variations of salads, but it is not very easy to come up with such that it is tasty and beautiful, which is simultaneously suitable for a holiday and for every day. My recipe will work for everyone. The salad will appeal to even those who adhere to PP and diet.
We choose only high-quality ingredients, the most delicious. Be sure to use your favorite salad mix, without it anywhere. We will make the dressing as light as possible - from oil and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
- Salad mix - 40 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- Shrimps - 100 g
- Crab sticks - 60 g
- Red onion - 20 g
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Description:
Prepare all products. If desired, you can increase the composition and make the filling of the salad more varied. For example, add mussels, squid, red fish, etc.
Transfer the salad mix to a plate. Add the red onion, cut into strips.
Wash and dry the cherry, remove the tails. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces, put on top of the herbs.
Add shrimps, previously boiled for a couple of minutes, peeled into the salad.
Next, cut the crab sticks into small pieces, put them on top of the greens too.
Hard boil the chicken egg. Then peel it from the shell, cut into slices. Place them next to the herbs.
Sprinkle all ingredients with oil, lemon juice. Add spices to taste.
When serving, you can add to this salad option toast or offer chopped greens.
