Ingredients: frozen pollock, carrots, onion, mayonnaise, tomato paste, vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, water
Cooking method:
Peel and wash carrots. Defrost the fish a little, remove the insides and rinse well. Cut pollock into medium-sized portions. Place the fish in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Turn on the oven to warm up to t 180*C.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the pieces of pollock in the form. Peel the onion and cut into quarter rings. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Put the onion on the fish. Spread carrots evenly on top.
In a small bowl, combine water, tomato paste, mayonnaise and salt. Mix. Pour pollock under the onion-carrot "coat" with mayonnaise-tomato sauce and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at t180 * C. When serving, you can sprinkle with herbs. Cook with love and bon appetit!!!
