Ingredients: Minced meat, Onions, White bread, Hard cheese, Tomatoes, Water, Zira, Salt, Breadcrumbs, Wheat flour, Pepper mix

Cooking method:

We put 800 grams of mixed minced meat in a large bowl, then cut and chop 1 large head of onion with a blender, which we then put in a bowl with minced meat. Pour 1 teaspoon of salt into a bowl with minced meat and onions and add a mixture of ground peppers to it to taste.

We spread 200 grams of white bread pre-soaked in 200 milliliters of water in a common bowl and mix everything very well ingredients together until smooth, after which, collecting the cooked minced meat several times in a lump, we throw it into a bowl and well we beat off.

We take the required amount of minced meat and form cutlets, after which we roll them in a mixture of breadcrumbs with wheat flour and put on a parchment-lined baking sheet, then put in a cool place for 30 minutes, so that they hold well when cooking shape. We spread a chopped ring from 2 tomatoes on each cutlet and put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Grate 50 grams of hard cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle cutlets 5 minutes before readiness, after which we take the baking sheet out of the oven and lay out the cooked cutlets on portioned plates. Bon appetit, dear friends!
