I offer you a simple recipe for a quick and very tasty soup with sausages. The highlight of this soup is pickled cucumbers, which give the dish a special aroma and new flavors.
Ingredients: Water 💦, Potato 🥔, Carrot 🥕, Onion 🧅, Pickles, Sausages, Salt/Pepper, Frying Oil, Tomato Paste
Cooking method:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Put the water on the fire, let it boil.
Cut potatoes into small pieces. Personally, I like it when the potatoes in the soup are cut very finely. Send potatoes to boiling water and cook for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, grate the carrots and cucumbers on a grater, and cut the onion into small cubes. Cut the sausages into half rings. Fry the onions and carrots first, after 3 minutes add the cucumbers and simmer for 5-7 minutes to boil the liquid. At the end of cooking, add sausages and tomato paste, fry and remove from the stove.
When the potatoes are almost ready, send the roast to it. Salt/pepper to taste and cook for a couple more minutes. Then take the soup off the heat and let it brew for 15 minutes.
Delicious, fragrant soup with sausages is ready. Serve it with white or black bread, crackers and always with herbs. Bon Appetit!
