Berlin-style coffee melange
Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 cup cold brewed strong coffee
0.5 cans of condensed milk
1 glass of cold cherry juice
cocoa powder or coffee for serving
How to cook:
1. Boil regular black coffee and pour it into 1/3 tall glasses.
2. Beat the condensed milk with cherry juice and gently pour into the coffee without stirring.
Decorate the drink with ground cocoa powder or coffee, or powdered sugar.
Vietnamese Iced Coffee (White)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. l. ground roasted coffee
2/3 cup boiled hot water
2-3 st. l. condensed milk
strainer
How to cook:
1. Place a coffee filter or paper towel in a strainer.
2. Pour coffee into a strainer.
3. Put the condensed milk on the bottom of the glass in a glass for making coffee).
4. Place the strainer and filter on top of the glass.
5. Pour hot (not boiling water!) Water into the coffee. After all the water has seeped through the filter, remove the strainer from the glass.
The milk will remain at the bottom of the glass, dividing the coffee into two levels.
6. Stir the milk to dissolve into the coffee.
Serve cold with ice cubes.
Cold mint chocolate coffee
Ingredients:
1.5 cups strong brewed coffee
50 gr. dark chocolate
2 tbsp. l. mint syrup (or boil mint leaves with water and sugar)
100 g creamy ice cream

How to cook:
1. Make strong coffee and dissolve all the chocolate in it. You can leave a little to decorate the drink.
2. Put ice cubes, half ice cream and mint syrup in a glass. Pour in all the coffee.
3. Beat the resulting mixture in a blender.
Pour the drink into glasses. Garnish the drink with the remains of ice cream and chocolate when serving.
