An outrageously simple recipe! Fast, tasty, sugar-free, which means no extra calories, and even with a useful addition. The recipe is quite classic, and perhaps many people bake such cookies, and someone will make a discovery for themselves.

To make cookies, I take out butter and two eggs in advance from the refrigerator, they should be at room temperature.

For flour, I use oatmeal crushed with a blender, only 160 grams per 100 grams of butter.

As additional "flavoring" I use chopped walnuts and dried apricots, cut everything into small cubes and add to the dough. And perhaps someone will say that dried apricots are the same sugar, yes, but this is NATURAL sugar, and this is a big difference😋. Be sure to add 1 teaspoon baking powder.

With wet hands, I form the cookies of the desired size and spread them on a baking sheet. By this time the oven is already preheated to 180 degrees.

I send the baking sheet to the oven for 10-13 minutes, the cookies should turn golden.

Thanks to dried apricots, cookies acquire a slight sweetness and sourness, making them softer. Delicious, try it.
