- flour - 1.5 cups
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- butter - 100 g

- ground ginger - a pinch

Step by step recipe
1. First, mix the dry ingredients. Pour 1.5 cups of flour into a bowl, 1 tsp. baking powder, chopped nutmeg on the tip of a knife and the same amount of ginger and 0.5 tsp. cinnamon. We mix everything.
2. In a separate bowl, put 100 g of soft butter, pour 0.5 cups of sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat everything with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until the butter turns white.
3. Break 1 egg into the beaten butter and sugar. Again, shake everything up a bit.
4. Pour the prepared flour mixture here. We mix everything until smooth.
5. We clean two small or one large apple from the core and peel. Cut the peeled slices into small cubes.
6. Put the chopped apple into the dough and mix everything.
7. We roll small balls from the prepared dough. So that the dough does not stick to your hands, moisten them with water. Put the prepared koloboks from the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
8. We put a baking sheet with cookies in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.
9. Let the finished cookies cool and put on a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
