Today I share a recipe for cooking the easiest cakes to yogurt, which will be an excellent replacement for bread - at the very moment when you are just too lazy to follow him into the store.

Ingredients for cooking:

Kefir - 500 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Salt and soda - 1/2 hours. l.
Vegetable oil (dough) - 2-3 tbsp. l.
Flour - about 650 g

The dough is kneaded on a one-two-three... In a bowl pour the yogurt (no matter what temperature, at least I pour yogurt straight from the fridge), break the egg, pour the vegetable oil, put salt, soda, and a fork stir.

Immediately we sift the flour and knead very soft and slightly cling to the hands of the dough. And if all the ingredients are already at hand (all prepared), it will take 5 minutes.

Of course, it would be better to give the dough "rest" for about 10 minutes, but if you do not have time, you can immediately make cakes and fry them. If we leave the dough "rest", then divide it immediately into portions pieces and round them. The size of the pieces will depend on the size cakes. I shared the 100 gram.

Well, then, each piece rolled into a cake with a diameter of 15-18-20 cm - this will thin the big cake. Each cake nadkalyvaet teeth fork.

And fry them on a well-heated frying pan, add a little vegetable oil. On both sides of the grilling will go 1.5-2 minutes. After every cake can lubricate the small piece of butter.

Instead of large thin cakes can be made much larger number of smaller more plump cakes. And they do not even need a rolling pin to roll out, in this case, divide the dough into pieces of 50 grams, and simply with your fingers to flatten.

And, also as in the first case, fry in good frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, from two sides. I like it a little cake!
