Ingredients: honey, sugar, "generous summer" margarine, egg, ground cinnamon, vanilla, ground ginger, soda, flour, salt
Cooking method:
In an iron bowl: melt honey + ginger + cinnamon + vanillin + salt + sugar on the stove, remove from the stove.
Pour in the soda and mix well until a thick, stable foam is formed as a result of quenching the soda with honey.
Cut the margarine into pieces, mix well in the same place, mix the egg here, also mix well, add the sifted flour in 2 stages and knead thick, but not a steep sticky dough. No more flour.
Put the dough in a bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. After the time has elapsed, put it on the table, let it warm up a little, fit it well, do not add flour, everything rolls fine without it. Roll out the dough with a thickness of 5-7 mm. We cut out the necessary figures and bake our gingerbread cookies.
Cool, paint, let the glaze dry and pack in a bag. Ready period 1 month and even more!!!
