Layered salad with crab sticks and cheese

Ingredients: crab sticks, hard cheese, chicken eggs, carrots, garlic, mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper

Cooking method:

Boil the eggs until tender and cool in water, peel. Open carrots until cooked, cool, peel. Finely chop the crab sticks. Grate carrots, eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Rub the garlic on a fine grater. In mayonnaise (I have homemade) add grated garlic and a little black pepper, mix everything well - salad dressing is ready. Collecting salad. Put the crab sticks in the first layer, grease the salad dressing on top.

The second layer is shabby eggs, salt this layer and season with mayonnaise. The third layer - carrot - we apply mayonnaise dressing to the layer. Put the cheese in the fourth layer and send the salad to the refrigerator to soak and brew for 15 minutes. Layered salad with crab sticks and cheese is ready!
