#pizza Today I will cook pizza with Adyghe cheese, tomatoes and sweet peppers. My dough will be, as usual, on sourdough.

Ingredients: dough, Adyghe cheese, small tomatoes, bell pepper (optional), ketchup, basil leaves, parmesan or other hard cheese - for sprinkling

Cooking method:

For the filling, I will rub the Adyghe cheese on a grater.

I cut small tomatoes into circles.

And pepper rings.

I roll out the dough. Its thickness should be 2-3 mm. I spread the dough layer in a greased form and cut off along the edges, making even sides.

The base can be smeared with ketchup, or some other sauce. For example, today I have tkemal (plum) sauce. Or maybe just vegetable oil. for example, olive oil. Two or three tablespoons of sauce is enough.

Spread the cheese, level it. Arrange tomatoes and basil leaves on top.

And then pepper rings. Pizza can only be baked with cheese and tomatoes. If there was no pepper, then you can do without it. I send the pizza to the oven baked at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Pizza is baked on average 20-25 minutes. Then I take it out of the oven, sprinkle it with grated Parmesan or other hard cheese, and return it to the already turned off oven for another 5 minutes. Ready pizza immediately serve to the table.
