Immediately a little note about meat. It is best suited for loin chops - the meat is roasted quickly, it turns out tasty and tender. You can also take the neck or clipping.
Meat, we need about 0.5 kg. Cut it in portions on layers and repulse.
And now my secret is tasty and tender chops: Fold beaten off the meat in a bowl, add half teaspoon spoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of spices (I use only black ground pepper). stir and pour 1 cup of milk.
Remove the meat in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, The chops need to turn 1-2 times during this period. Due to the milk obtained chops well, very tasty and tender, with a nice creamy flavor.
Now we take out the pieces of meat and milk from poppy egg, lightly beaten with a pinch of salt. Then we rolled in flour (need approximately 100 g) and spread onto a heated pan with vegetable oil.
