Well, who among us does not like meatballs? I would call meat cutlets a national dish of Russian cuisine. They are prepared from different types of minced meat. Today I have ground beef patties. They turn out juicy, soft, tender, tasty, perfect for a family lunch or dinner. They can be served with a vegetable side dish, cereals, potatoes, pasta, sauces. In general, cook and enjoy!

Ground beef cutlets

Ingredients: Ground beef, Egg, Onion, Bread, Milk, Breadcrumbs, Mayonnaise, Tomato paste, Water, Salt, Ground black pepper

Cooking method:

Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown.

Soak the bread in milk, then squeeze a little, put in minced meat. Add the fried onion to this. Salt, pepper to taste, add the egg, mix thoroughly. It is good to beat the minced meat so that it becomes homogeneous.

Now you need to form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs.

Fry cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and tomato paste, dilute with water (about 1 tbsp.), Salt, pepper, stir well. Add to skillet with meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes.

Any side dish can be prepared. I have brown rice.
