#games Today I offer a simple recipe for cooking buckwheat with vegetables and champignons in a sleeve for baking in the oven. Preparing the dish is quite simple. Buckwheat turns out crumbly and tasty 😋, and mushrooms with onions and carrots, which are baked with it, perfectly complement it 🤗.

Ingredients: buckwheat, water, onions, carrots, mushrooms, sour cream, Dried garlic, Salt, ground black pepper, Dried vegetables (seasoning), vegetable oil, Baking sleeve

Cooking method:

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in a pan in vegetable oil until soft.

Prepare a sleeve for baking, on one side tie it tightly. Put it in the mold so that you can put the products we need into it from above. We sort, wash the buckwheat, put it in the sleeve. Then came the turn of all the spices: salt, pepper, garlic, dried vegetables. Put in the fried onion.

Next, diced carrots, mushrooms (if small - whole, I have large ones - cut into 4 parts). Spread 2 tablespoons of sour cream on top.

Fill with hot water, tie the sleeve, make 2-3 holes in the upper part of the sleeve (with a knife). We send it to the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes. Then we take it out of the oven, carefully (do not burn yourself with steam!) Cut off the top of the package. Put on plates and enjoy a delicious and healthy dinner.
