Ingredients: boiled chicken, mashed potatoes, herbs, salt, spices, ready-made pancakes according to your favorite recipe

Cooking method:

1. We take boiled chicken meat - I had a bone-in cooked breast. Peel the meat and cut into small pieces.

4. Add the finished mashed potatoes to the pan - with butter and milk. It must be properly mixed with chicken and herbs and warmed up properly. To get a homogeneous mass. It seemed to me that it is most convenient to use a silicone spatula for mixing - puree does not stick to it (unlike a plastic spoon). The filling can be slightly salted if necessary. To make it tastier, I use Adyghe salt.

5. Stuff the pancakes with warm filling until the potatoes are elastic and soft. I wrap the pancakes in an envelope - I put the filling in the middle of one of the conditional halves, tuck the top edge, then wrap the edges, and only then I roll the pancake. It turns out a convenient rectangular envelope that holds its shape well.

Pancakes can be eaten immediately, while the filling inside has not cooled down. It is also very tasty to fry pancakes so that a crispy crust appears on them. It is also necessary to fry cold pancakes (if you kept them in the refrigerator) so that the filling becomes soft and warm.
